Memories. Orpuddex ate memories. At the very beginning of the comic, Robert wondered if they had nutritional value, and at the end, we had two 'versions' of Orpuddex. My guess is,that the eleventh sentry was memories.

We know the eleventh sentry didn't fight, and Triangle knew who it was but Robert didn't. That leads me to speculate (Speculate, mind you) that Robert may have been the eleventh sentry, as he suggested he might be in passing during the fight.
