you might think so...
but you'd be wrong.. probably..

Even at the first micron away from the southest southern point there's a north, east, south and west to go to. Now firstly it is very doubtfull they're exactly over the most southern point and secondly they're larger than infinitesimally small so they can't be contained to that point (there's allways part of them at nonzero distance from it).
And even if they were at said point, they could just take one step forward and then go north east.
