I have only been reading T&R sporadically in the past few years; in fact, when I went to look at it today, my bookmark was no longer valid and I had to Google for this site.

But when the Google results came up, I clicked on the Wikipedia entry first because the first few words were "Triangle and Robert is a webcomic by Patrick Shaughnessy that ran from August 1999 to September 2007". My first reaction was "Oh, no, what happened to it? Is that why my bookmark goes to a 404 page now? Is it GONE?"

I was glad to see that the strip still existed online at this site, and also glad to see that there's a real ending instead of just stopping dead with a "sorry, I'm bored with this" message from the creator. I'll probably have to go back a year or so to get enough background info to *understand* the ending, judging by what I remember of this strip, but I'm willing to do that and wait to read the ending until I get there.

Patrick, thanks so much for all your hard work on Triangle & Robert; over 2300 strips is a hell of an achievement. It frequently made me laugh, which is not something I can say about too many comic strips, web-based OR dead-tree. Great job!
