Okay, YOU try to convince Mark Patton and John Zant down at the Santa Barbara News-Press to advertise for UCSB's rival. Hehe, just kidding.

Yeah, some publicity in the Santa Maria Sun or Paso's newspaper couldn't hurt, but I don't know how enthused neighboring news sources would be. I grew up watching KEYT News in Santa Barbara, and I never once heard about Cal Poly football.
