Whether Poly plays an Ivy or Montana, the cost is not much different because the team charters a plane out of Santa Barbara or LAX. Air travel is the most expensive part of the trip so the Stangs might as well travel to an Ivy League school (if they'll play Poly) and get the exposure. The difference in cost is fairly insignificant and they payout playing at Harvard (the stadium seats 60,000) would be greater than Montana whose seating is 17,000.
