Subject: Tulane AD press release - help us grow

I just came across a press release (5/5/03) from the Tulane AD which speaks to securing financial support and long term viability. SJSU has the same objective.... so as to remain at the D-IA level. So, plain as day I thought I'd pass on Tulanes goal to stress the efforts/fear going through these lower rung/successful D-1A programs...'cause some day some of them will be comming to mid-major conferences - such as the BWC - seeking admittance when they do not succeed.
