It is so interesting to see how a post regarding a HS sophomore can develop into a 'tale of two universities'!! Cal Poly & UCSB are as different as they are similar. I think it is all about what you are looking for in a college experience.

Let's Talk Basketball:

Cal Poly's BB team had a "Great" season (It's 1st)......and without a doubt, crossed a lot of barriers in becoming a little closer to a house-hold-name. (Does that mean we will be invited to the pre-season NIT or Bracket-Buster?) If Kevin B. can take this program to either the NCAA or NIT next year.....than I think some serious boasting can be expected. So, let's just keep our fingers crossed good things come from the 2002-03 season.
