If this is indeed a genuine post from certain members of the basketball team, let me also say thank you so much for a great year of Cal Poly hoops!

Having watched nearly the entire home schedule, and all of the Big West Tournament, let me say that this year was definitely the most exciting season of Mustangs hoops I have ever seen. You guys proved EVERYBODY wrong. Despite being picked to finish 8th in conference, you guys went out and finished 4th, and would have finished 3rd if not for close losses to Idaho, Utah St. and Fullerton. The win versus UCSB was HUGE (and on TV no less!), the 5-game road winning streak was AMAZING (which would have been 6 if not for Fullerton's miracle), and the tournament in Anaheim was a thrill ride.

You have really put Cal Poly basketball on the map and are laying the foundation for future success. You have made all dedicated and loyal Poly fans proud. Keep up the hard work and let's do it all over again next year!
