were awarded to Mike Titchenal, according to a post on the UCI message board. If its true, way to go Mike!!

Also of note on the UCI board was the recent hiring of Tod Murphy as the newest member of Pat Douglass' staff. Tod is one of my favorite PCAA/Big West players of all time and he makes at least honorable mention on any all time PCAA/Big West teams. Of course, his older brother coaches here at Poly--that should give the Trib writers some fodder for our pre-UCI game articles!
