I've never heard anything about King stealing so I'm thinking that post is trash talk. It was known however that Jason was struggling academically and was placed on academic probation then flunked-out of the University.

About 18 months ago, a similar question came-up on this board concerning his whereabouts. In response, a post showed-up on the board by Jason King. If indeed the post was from King, it stated he'd not been able to balance school and basketball and as a consequence of poor grades was forced to leave the University. He also stated that he had no one to blame but himself. In summary, he stated he intended to improve his grades at the local JC then re-enroll at Cal Poly and play basketball.

Too bad he's gone. In his limited time, he was becoming a fan favorite..
