I think what CP did was awesome. It's a team rule that all players agreed to follow. Coach didn't bend the rules just because it was the BWT and the squad would be depleted. They handle it with class.

The thing that gets me is that only one of the players was legally old enough to drink. I realize kids drink underage. I sure as hell did. But the rules of the team stand. From what I understand it was no alcohol during the season. The players couldn't wait a week? I mean come on.

What really sucks is their actions ruined the final game for the seniors on the squad. That's terrible. The six player let down their teammates, coaches and most of all themselves.

I wonder how many will come back next year? If I'm a junior or sophmore on the team now I don't know if I would want them back.
