I think he needs to get hungrier... but i have only watched 2 games???? So I am not a credible commentor on this. I noticed in one game (St Mary's) that he seemed to lack a little motivation. He also spent a lot of his time while off the bench away from the other players.

From what I've picked up... my impression is that he has potential... it's just not being tapped right now?
