I guess that is just the "pack em into a small building" approach. I believe the design firm for the other plan actually had either lowered the floor or taken the ceiling up. It was actually not bad looking although I wish we had something like the Leavy Center at Santa Clara.

I believe one of the main donors for the PAC was Christopher Cohan (owner of the Golden State Warriorettes), too bad the guy supports the arts rather than the sports.
