1) Encourage bigger arenas for schools that routinely show a need for them. This includes helping find possible private funding.

2) Televise games between teams that share a rivalry (cough) or are predicited to have intense games (COUGH) while school is in session.

3) Encourage organised student sections (COUGH!).
