Colt.......there must be a formula for coaches based on their sport. Soccer, obviously, is not ranked as high on the winning rung as, say basketball, etc. But, John cannot be changing coaches too often. I think Bromley & Ellerson should be kept on the hot seat every year.

This winter season I believe if the softball team does not produce that coach should be gone. Next fall it should be the men's soccer team's coach.

Bromley and Ellerson get two more seasons.
