Subject: Baths

Last night my mom and I gave Anna her first bath... She was very good. It was not what I had expected, she only meowed once and both me and mom did not loose any flesh. lol However, I do believe I have to let everyone who has a ragdoll know my eperience. I believe that Ann and Kristi fooled me... when I bathed her there was nothing but hair. :) My big beautiful furry cat became a waifish rat afterwards. :) She looked pathetic, I do not believe that there is a cat under all that hair. Yes, I know you call it a cattery, but a better word would be rattery. lol seriously, anyone else give their cat a bath? It will be an experience you will not forget. Besides loosing your cat (I know it sounds difficult and no one believes you can actually loose such a large animal, but it is true) it takes FOREVER for her hair to dry, I ended up using a blowdryer, which made her more fuzzy than fluffy. :) I also believe that the whole experience took something out of her.. she slept for the longest time afterwards. But she was not mad at me, because she fell asleep next to me on the couch (this is where you all go "AWWW") :)
This is my request, give your cat a bath, I just used regular cat shampoo that I got from the pet store. I promise you will be amazed. I think my tub is stoped up with cat hair now. lol :)
Talk to you later. ~DiAnne
