Subject: Botticelli or da Vinci?

I see several differences between the works of these two artists. The first, and most obvious, is that the works (in the book) of da Vinci are based more on a Christian religious basis while Botticelli's are more of the gods and mythology. The only work that realy strayed from this mold is Botticelli's Adoration of the Magi. This is mainly a Christian perspective, yet it still incorporates other aspects.

Botticelli uses brighter colors, and harder lines, while da Vinci is a "smoker" working reguraly with the art of sfumato.
