Subject: Violetta vs. Carmen

I think that Carmen was hated by many for being a bad girl while it seems that Violetta is liked by others and respected even though of her job. Carmen does not fall in love but she pretends to while Violetta does fall in love and even leaves the man to make his father happy. Violetta is a better person then Carmen because it seems she's independent and does not depend on Alfredo. Carmen does depend on others to help get her out of trouble.
