Botticelli and da Vinci

I personally like both artists for different reasons. My favorite Botticelli painting is the Birth of Venus. I like how he compares it to the baptism of Jesus at the River Jordan. That painting, along with the other two are very peaceful and have similar qualities, such as Venus and mary both being in the center and looking to the right.
da Vinci's paintings have very religious meanings. I admire his works because he captures the heart of the Last Supper and also draws forth the attention towards Jesus. I like the Last Supper the most because it has an important story behind the painting. I like when a painting has a certain story behind it, such as the Last Supper.
