Subject: Botticelli and da Vinci

Keep in mind, I don't know much about art. All that I'm telling you, my Views on these works, are coming from a Text Book, I have never seen these paintings in life, or even bigger then 7 inches. I am familiar with some of them, but again From books. Also, I'm Far more aware of Da Vinci s work, then I am of Botticelli. To me Botticellis work is like a Photograph, not saying his work is so life like, but its very defined and you can look at that picture and say, that's that, and this is what there doing.** Very nice **. But Leonardo Da Vinci, you look at his work, and you wach it. Its not like a photograph, its more like when your watching a movie on DVD and pause it real quick to go to that bathroom. They are in the act of moving, and you could just tell there next move. The Last Supper isent a good example of that, Its just not Its somewhat stiff, its a GOOD painting, but just alittle stiff. (I'm not saying Stiff is Bad, its just, Stiff)
