Research of Art

I really think that researching another piece of art has helped me to become more of an active learner. Obviously, I was aware that the artists we have learned about have done other paintings and such aside from the ones included in our text, but without this assignment I doubt I ever would have made any type of effort to seek out these other pieces. Also, I was much more aware before this assignment of several works done by Michelangelo and da Vinci, but I was not familiar with most of Raphael's work. This assignment has basically given me the initiative to seek out more information on different paintings and such by these and other artists. I really enjoy Renaissance art!
