Some Interesting Facts on Singin' in the Rain

I was looking up some information on Singin' in the Rain and I found some very interesting pieces of information. One of them is the fact that the songs were all written prior to the movie being put together, so the writers had to work the songs into the movie. Another one is the in the scenes in the movie where Kathy (Debbie Reynold's character) was dubbing over the lines and songs for Leena, it was actually the actress who played Leena's voice. They used her real voice to dub over Debbie Reynolds, kinda ironic huh?
