Subject: 20th Century Art

It seems that in 20th Century Art, many of the traditional views that were held in such esteem began to fade and perish within the hearts of many artist. The push and desire to create something "new" became the primary focus and thus, this distracted them from innovating and at the same time staying true to many of the principles that have established art as such a powerful and intense form of expression. Many of these new pieces of art make such an attempt to create some sense of progression, that the the pieces and subjects begin to resemble to unearthly, unrealistic figures...that in the end can only be labeled and bought off as abstract forms of expression
