I have got into the system and have searched for the articles identified as recommended reading for this unit in the handbook with the following results

Havard Business Review not found in either the electronic journals or on the main journal catalogue - (am I doing something wrongor is it really not stocked?)

Organisational Learning is in the electronic catalogue but only a few recent editions - the back items are available on the main catalogue

International Journal of HR Management is not on the electronic catalogue but is in the main catalogue

I don't know what MEAD stands for and haven't traced it - can anyone help with this?
