Thanks for all the feedback on our original e-mail.

The numerous comments and ideas have been good to read, but.......... what collectively does it say about making an alteration to the programme title?

The labels ORGANISATIONAL and DEVELOPMENT appear to get a lot of support.

So perhaps MSc in Organisational Development is a runner?

The MANAGEMENT label is also popular linked to the above.

So maybe MSc in Organisational and Management Development could win the day?

But whats happened to labels CHANGE and STRATEGY? Well .........perhaps change can be seen as a part of the development label so may not be needed + some feel it could be a fashion thing and date quickly - although at the moment we feel it to be a strong currency.....but who knows?

Strategy is not widely supported. We included it in our original suggestion to act as a differentiator to potentially reflect a higher positioning of the Bristol programme and its content.

So.......... if the label Development is seen as a generic term - it would need to include strategy and change ...... therefore we may have a solution.

To achieve our goal - which has defeated other groups - then perhaps the route should be:

MSc in Organisational and Management Development
