Civilization is tottering. First the WTC, then Anthrax, then a 'puter in a sea of Bubbles. Oh My God!

Nice job though, Bubs. Not many can get their company to buy them a chair, a new computer for work and let them take the old one home. Just make they tell you which program blocks out the popups so you can remove it (and from your new machine, too.)
