I would have a sentimental attachment to any team that had something catastrophic happen to it's city, except Boston. ;-) Hey, we wound up with Roger Clemens, isn't that punishment enough?

I agree with you on that. And if anyone thinks the WTC is the one and only shot we're going to take, they are simply not paying attention. We're pouring all this money, all this effort, all this emotion into this one event. I just wonder what we will do when something happens in Chicago or LA or DeMoines. Will the stars come out for Toledo?

MSN was cranking right along this morning for about ten minues, now it's back to slow motion. I suspect it has something to do with our DSL connection or our ISP. It's frustrating, having all these pithy comments to share with my MSN buddies and not being able to. Of course, I can get on MSNBC any time I want but what's the point of that? I enjoy making fun of stupid people as the next-person-who-likes-to-make-fun-stupid-people but it does grows old.

Next year the Phils will finally climb to the top of the heap. They were a young team still learning this year, the Braves have shot their bolt and the Mets are still the Mets. Go Phils. Besides, the same night the Yankees swueezed past the Mariners, your Iggles beat my Giants the way they used to.
