ok i few things:
firstly, i think we should remove Q from the race list, an omnipitant being wouldnt join star fleet when it can creare its own, i tihnk its not needed, the same for a borg, borg siese to be borg after there seavered from the collective so technically they become there founder race again, if you want i can supply a list of other races who apear in the federation
secondly, i would like from each captain the name of there ship and its class, and registration nuber, so i have a record of them, helps in the validity of senario's i will create
thirdly, a universal system of promotion should be instiled and released so all know what criteria need to be filled, obviously the captain of the ship in question will have final say, but he'she needs some guide lines
fourthly, (note this doesnt need implimation to we get firmly on our feet and expand alot more) having a few alien vessels, klingon,romulan,cardassian or others, make for intresting missions when you get 2 oppoasing forces comming head to head
finaly, my knowledge base on this is quite large so any questions regarding technical stuff im more than happy to help out on
