Hiya !

It really does sux to log on and to be alone.
I have been trying to be online asmuch as possible latly to help with the guild issues and so on !
I have worked hard on getting new members into the guild and I think we shall get another guild to merge with us pretty soon. They are 10 people and half of them are plus 40 so it shall be great to have them. Their guild kinda wants the same that made Hoomiee and Gokou leave so maybe now when we get alittle bigger Im going to ask them all to come back...I know I know....we still need more people to be safe in Planes and Dragon raids but we wouldnt have as long way to get there if we have more poeple we would have much easier time reqruiting and so on. Aswell having more people that can help our younger members.

Another issue that came to me yesterday was just this on members needing help. No names given out but I am very sad to say that some mebers are disapointed in the help they get. I would like to point out that I try to help as much as possible and if someone feels left out pls let me know.
I think its natural of our higher members to help out our lower members but sometimes its not going to happen like yesterday when I guild member needed help and many others needed it at the same time. I will then prioritate the members that done most for the guild and if a draw I will tend to help our higher members first since their corpse retrievals or what ever it is can be very much nastier than lower lvls...also the amount of exp that a low level loses on death is nothing to a high character.

I will say more on this on next meeting...
