Hiya all !

We grow fast now and to not get it all unbalanced I would like to see that we no longer invite people into the guild that is under lvl 10.

I have been looked up personally by people who play and asked if they could join our guild. Some have been high levels and heard about us helping our members and some have been low levels that heard about us powerlvling our members.

In all cases I have said no to these people since they obvius wants to take advantage over our guils beliefs.
Some of the higher players who asked I will re-think how ever after I got to know some of them better. I really feel that its important that all in the guild knows each other and that we take care of our current members before we add more to the guild that we dont even know.

But we will continue to grow and hopefully in a more controlled way I think. I will feel great if we grow with lets say 1 or 2 members a week. Then we all will have time to settle and everyone will know eachother and no one will feel left out.

How ever this is not set to be like this all the time. Some weeks we might invite 10 people if they are cool and willing to give in to the guild. If we only know them to be right for us its no problem.

I said it many times before but I will want to underline it again:
The guild tries to help all. If not all can be helped the guild will help the member who deserves it the most. In simple words...the more you contribute to the guild in measures of Time to help others, donating Items and Platina to the guild, coming to meetings and events (wich btw is mandatory now adays, only accapteble reason to not come is if you are not playing.) and so on and so on.

Give more, recieve more...thats what Belseflums stands for !
In a game like Everquest alot of things canot be done without the help of a guild so lets just use what we got here to the best extend possible.
Hopefully all will get happy !
