I make my own most of the time. Buy the dough, let it rise then just add tomato sauce, herbs & parmesan, and I like bacon, mushrooms and green peppers. You should try fontina cheese if its available. Expensive but just add it in chunks. I usually order the same if ordering, but mozzarella is all that's available! PS, we make something like spinach pizza but use olive oil, black olives and swiss chard, add chopped garlic (and even anchovies) and make it like a panzarotti & bake!
