Subject: God was here long before any other law. That monument was erected as a symbol that the justice system was built with God as its foundation for justice. The fact they want it removed proves that there is no place for God anymore. Just shows that evil has permeated both the justice system and religion itself. This is how mutated and perverted God's word has become and how little it means today. In case nobody has noticed, religion is at war with modern day laws, which unfortunately will win because politicians have no balls and not enough people fight for their beliefs.

  • I think this separation of church and state is getting way out of hand. You can't even say the Pledge Of Alligance in school because of "one nation under God". Before you know it the U.S. flag will not be allowed to be flown at public and government places. (NT) -- CitrusGal, 18:58:24 08/24/03 Sun

  • In O Canada there is a verse "God keep our land, glorious and free". When they took the Our Father out of the public school system, that really was a day day. Personally I feel the children in the Catholic system are much more disciplined and respectful because of the fact that there is a foundation of morality that the educational system is based on. A daily dose of religion was a good thing. Those of other religions should have seen that. Wouldn't it have been nicer to just acknowledge other religions into the system somehow?
