we had a Seal Beach Police Officer on duty at Leisure World just in case the officer was needed for any police emmergenys....there weren't any emmergencys...just standard calls for service....and one lost resident that was found....but the main security office got lots of phone calls from residents who wanted us to turn on the lights...so we explained to them we did not shut off their lights....and explained to them about the Edison Company shutting off the power for maintenance work on the power lines... (NT) -- ⌡☼�εp► there was an articlre in the leisure world newspaper the day before the electric outage to forewarn the residents., on the front page....but did they read it ?, Thursday, March 06, 08:57:05am
