It had been a mistake to shove her goals in their faces, she might have just alianated herself. She ran through her father's sayings in her head. A leader must have five key qualitys. Loyalty to the pack and everyone in it, cunning to outwit opponites and enemies, strength to keep the position and to lead the pack in war if it should come to that. Then there was compassion and understanding to those loyal, but feirceness to those who broke the rules, and lastly the ability to put the needs of the pack above your own. She knew that if she let her want to lead drive her to much she would forget the pack and become unable to lead. Perhaps she would just have to settle as an equal to the leader. She shook her head. If only those assholes (i hope no one minds that) hadn't murdered her father.*
