Subject: Set Selection with rubberband mode

I am trying to create a rubber stamp for timagescrollbox. I have an image, I know its deminsions. I want to click in the imagescrollbox, have the outline of theimage appears, drag it to a final location double click and the image is pasted into the current image as a stamp. The dimensions of the stamp mut be preserved. I have tried using

srect:=rect(x,y,x+stamp.width,y+stamp.Height)

ImageScrollBox.mousemode:=mmselect;
(ImageScrollBox.MouseHandler as TRubberBandMouseHandler).setSelection(srect);

Now I want the outline to appear and be able to drag it anywhere.

Currently an outline appears if I click in the imagescrollbox and then move the mouse, is there anyway to get the outline to appear when i click into the imagescrollbox?

Thanks for any suggestions, I cn do this by manipulating the canvas directly, but the rubberband handler would be much more elegant.
