hello, i got the same problem as well, and i really want the solution to this, anyone can help?

my problem is similar, i want to change the tiff file from 400dpi to 100dpi, how can i do that?

please let me know if anyone know the solution or even jus an idea. I m doin these for 3 days and still can't solve it : (
