Hi Chris,

The first thing I would try opening/closing the twain source explicitely using OpenSource, AcquireWithOpenSource, and CloseSource. I am not sure this will solve the problem though.

If you try it with the Demo.Dpr project, and running the program outside Delphi, does the error occur? It could also be the twain driver not properly unloading.
