not sure what you mean - they do not have copies in their directories, or in Twain_32. ??

the latest they have there for download is 1.6.03, even though they are up to rev 1.9 now, I believe. The ones shipping with the camera are 1.6.01.

what is infuriating, and making us look bad, is that photomax, the software shipped with the camera, does NOT fail. Though it is irritating - they make you reselct the camera each time before a trasnfer. I tried that approach, which seemed to help, but the interface still eventually dissappeared.

Got to be a way to make the UI come up each and every time, so we don't lose this contract!
