Hi Brian,

This is on my todo list. For some formats it will be easy, for others because of the IO routines it may not.

For JPG is will be possible in

EnJpgGr.TJpegGraphic.SingleLoadFromStream.

There is a loop,

for Y := 0 to (Height-1) do
begin
pScanLine := Self.ScanLine[Y];
...
end;

which will allow putting a progress event.

At the moment I'm quite busy, so if you need this urgently you can try adding a "load progress event" directly in TDibGraphic.
