first what I really need is:

Procedure LoadFromStream;
Procedure Clear;

for ability to make additions events before/after open/close
(also Clear not updated FrameCount)

Thats good idea for files, but I works with images stored in BLOB fields (justr streams). So I never know what type of image inside BLOB, it can be Tiff, BMP, JPG...
