Subject: Resaving Compressed Images

Resaving (JPEG Compressed) Tiff Images, should result in image degragation. Loading the image manipulating as bitmap and resaving compressed, each time more image detail would be lost.

We are saving multi page Tiffs and assume the images should not be altered once scanned and saved. However occasionally a page needs to be added or deleted. Is it possible to Append to the file or Remove from the file without loading the entire file into bitmaps.
