Subject: EnDesign.pas file

I downloaded the Envision Library and I am trying to install the package for Delphi 5 (En_D5.dpk).
This package wants a file named EnDesign.pas which is not in the location (C:\Envision) that it's looking for it.
Where do I find this file?
