Hi Niek,

I'm sorry about answering too quickly on this. I have double checked, and the rubber band mouse handler does not work when the TImageScrollBox has the Centered property to True. I omitted to document this. In .LoadImage if you remove the Centered := True line, the rubberbanding functions properly.
