Subject: Partial TIFF loading

I handle very large TIFF Images, say 12000x12000 1 bit (monocrome). I have memory and resource problems for this reason.
Is there (I really hope) a method with this library to load
partial TIFF from file, say some group of scanlines only, in order to reduce the amount of memory needed?
I need to load some rectangular region from those TIFF of 800x600 pixels.
