Subject: Tiff Image load problem

We are trying the Envision library to replace another product for viewing and printing our received faxes. In testing about 1/3 of the faxes cannot be openned in the ImageScrollBox. All the images are CITT 3 Tiff files 2 color, 1 bit per pixel. I can open all of them with PSP v4 and with the fax viewer that comes with the fax receive software. The error message we get is ETiffError TiffOpen. I've looked at the files and it doesn't seem to be a hi-res vs low-res fax issue.
