I did a little more work on this last night.

I should mention this is a unregistered copy.
( Maybe you have this feature disabled )
Same problem D4, D5 ,C3

Using debug, I find your code in EnTifGr clobbers
the compression value, then attempts to verify if
the saved value is allowed as image type B/W, True,
etc.
Using TJpegGraphic(Graphic).SaveQuality := 6 will
will set the internal value and allow Tiff Jpeg
compression.

Since this works and is probably a typo in source, I
will recommend purchasing.
