Overstocked with mids, so you're not even developing many of them properly because you have to get them pinch-hitting in positions for which they're not suited, e.g. it looked like Josh Carmichael was playing as a KF.

Harvey Harrison and Joe Richards look lively, but you've traded in a small forward for a cost that might've been better thrown at somebody like Esava Ratugolea (and before somebody writes he was always going to Port, well Buddy was always going to GWS, right?).

When the bottom drops out of the senior list, there'll be a distinct lack of preparedness of the next generation.
