Subject: Mcrae's ability to keep coaching wins out of this side is seriously good imo
In reply to: Nips Devine 's message, "COLLINGWOOD 2024 GOALKICKERS" on 09:44 19/05/24 Sun

- Loses his CHF before the season
- Loses his CHB without playing a game in 2024 and then loses Moore's wingman Howe.
- Loses an entire forward line!
- Midfielders dropping like flies.
- Sidey hopelessly ineffectual on a wing.
- Concussion after concussion.

The fact that we just keep accumulating 4 points after 4 points given all the obstacles is a testament to his planning and overall stewardship.

This is unlike any other premiership defence Collingwood has been in. In 1991 it was all just pissed away self indulgently. In 2011, much fanfare and hubris, flying high and then Geelong.

This year we were written off after 3 games and Pendles had gone on one year too long by 'the experts'. Now, most of us are thinking, Pendles is gunna set a record that most likely will never be beaten at Collingwood. That alone is insane.

Apart from AJ's horror show early doors, not one player who has come into this premiership line up has looked out of place or not up to it.

Are we seeing a title defence while simultaneously rebuilding the team?

It really is remarkable to watch.
