i.e., give them picks 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 - but make them trade at least half of them.

So they will get some really good mature players in return, on top of good early picks.

The AFL will have learnt a lot from what didn't quite work when setting up GC and GWS.

I reckon Tassie will be very strong.
