I like Daniher's choice of "Let it Go" as a piss take and it seems that Toby has gone for "The Macarena". The commentators were having a good chuckle about it last night.

Who knows, if people start ridiculing it enough the concept might be given the arse.

In the meantime, I think it was JTP who once said we should run out onto the field to "Allo John Got a New Motor" by Alexi Sayle. I think if someone chose it, then the powers that be might finally get the hint.

As for the overbearing ads? That they still turn up the volume every ad break on TV whenever they want to convince you that Harvey Norman isn't the country's biggest rip off tells me that the marketers won't be stopping with the noise any time soon.
